LIVE NUMBERS FROM A REAL COMPANY

What does lawn care cost?

Enter your address and get an instant estimate.

THE REAL PROBLEM

You don't lose money cutting grass. You lose it billing.

An owner with 60 accounts and three crews runs the whole operation on a notebook in the truck, four WhatsApp groups, and a spreadsheet only he understands. Here's what that sounds like:

I cut that yard Thursday and didn't remember to bill it until the next month.

VISITS THAT NEVER GET INVOICED

My guy says he went. The customer says nobody came. I've got no way to know.

NO PROOF OF WORK

Sundays I sit down for three hours just to figure out who owes me.

SUNDAYS IN THE OFFICE

HOW IT WORKS

An ordinary Tuesday, with Yardero

Not a feature list. Your actual workday, hour by hour, and what the app does at each point.

6:15 AM
THE YARD

The route is already sequenced before you start the truck

Yardero groups the day's stops by area and orders them so you drive less. You send each crew their route from your phone, and they open navigation with one tap.

  • Route order saved per weekday — the app learns your loop
  • Crew assignment: who goes where, and in what order
  • One tap opens Google Maps or Waze from the stop

Proof of the work takes itself

Your crew checks in, shoots the before and after, ticks off what they did, and closes the visit. The time, the person, and the finished yard are all on record. When a customer disputes it, you have the photo.

  • Before/after photos saved to the customer's history
  • Real clock-in and clock-out per crew
  • Property notes: gate code, dog in the back, where the bags go
  • Works with no signal and syncs when the connection returns

CHECK-IN — PROOF OF THE WORK
8:41 AM
ONE SECOND LATER

The invoice writes itself. You touch nothing.

When the visit closes, Yardero bills it against the customer's plan — per visit, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom days — and sends it by email or text. Billing stops depending on your memory.

  • One consolidated monthly invoice for customers with several properties
  • Clear states: paid, open, partial, past due
  • Same-day extras (pruning, leaf cleanup, gutters) land on the same invoice
  • Automatic reminder to whoever runs past the due date

THE NUMBERS

How much is slipping past you?

Move the sliders with your real numbers.

SLIPPING PAST YOU EVERY MONTH
$528
PER YEAR
$6,336
OFFICE HOURS YOU GET BACK EACH MONTH
8

An estimate based on your own numbers. Leakage is calculated against the month's billable total; hours assume 3 hours a week of routing, bookkeeping, and chasing payments. This is a conversation starter, not a promise of results.

THE OTHER TWO SCREENS

Your customer sees the difference too

The customer record holds everything you need to know about a property. The portal gives the homeowner the answers they used to call you for.

QUESTIONS

What everyone asks first

Will my guys actually use it?

That's what it was built for. The app is in English and Spanish, it's thumb-operated, and a worker sees exactly three things: today's stops, the 'I'm here' button, and the 'I'm done' button with a photo. There are no menus to learn.

What if there's no signal at the property?

The visit is marked and the photo is stored on the phone even with no internet. When the signal comes back, everything uploads on its own. Nothing is lost.

How do I move my customers off the notebook?

Send us your list in a spreadsheet, as photos of the notebook, however you have it, and we load it for you before you start. You're not sitting down to type in 60 customers.

Can I take card payments?

Yes. The customer pays by card from their portal and it applies to their invoice automatically. You also log Zelle, cash, and checks by hand.

Is the data mine?

Yes. Your customer list, your photos, and your payment history export to Excel or PDF whenever you want — including if you decide to leave.

Does it work if I only have one crew?

Yes, and that's where it shows most: you're the one cutting, collecting, and doing the books at night. Yardero takes the office half.

Leave the notebookin the truck.

Try Yardero with this week's real route. We'll load your customers so you can start Monday.
